The ride starts in Novara di Sicilia, a charming medieval village surrounded by mountains and dominated by the impressive Rocca. From the very first kilometers, riders are immersed in a landscape of extraordinary natural beauty.
The climb develops gradually along forest tracks, trails and secondary roads crossing the woodlands of the Peloritani Mountains. As elevation increases, the scenery continuously changes from rural environments to wild mountain landscapes.
Throughout the route, cyclists encounter several panoramic viewpoints overlooking valleys, mountain ridges and, on clear days, even the Tyrrhenian coastline.
The final ascent toward Rocca di Novara represents the most exciting section of the itinerary. Here the landscape opens dramatically, rewarding riders with spectacular views and a true sense of achievement.
The route requires good fitness and technical riding skills, making it particularly attractive for MTB and E-MTB enthusiasts looking for a challenging outdoor adventure immersed in nature.
